I haven't been up to driving since I hurt my back so using DoorDash is an easy choice I ordered my fan favorites and as always my reviews are professional never personal. See my prior reviews on Casa Sanchez for more detail on other foods. Delivery fees were reasonable and here's what I chose. Chili Verde Beef Enchilada Dinner. corn tortilla's filled with tender beef smothered in green sauce and cheese it's so good. I reheat my enchiladas because some cheese wasn't melted now it's hot with a cheesy pull that I love drizzled with red and green salsa they were the bomb. Spanish Rice Delicious and seasoned well I love spanish rice and often swap for extra rice instead beans. Cheese Enchilada Corn tortilla filled with cheese and red sauce tasty and rich smothered in hot melted cheese this one's my all time favorite. Chips These bagged chips are nothing special sometimes they don't even taste fresh but today they were good and tucked a few under my enchiladas while they warmed up. Red and green salsa Thin salsa's but tasty both red and green are delicious I also add salsa into my menudo and meatball soup for added spice. I highly recommend Casa Sanchez give them a try you won't be disappointed. My recommendations. I enjoy whole fried tilapia with rice and beans the meatball soup and cheese enchiladas - avoid the salad they offer unless you'll eat in at the restaurant because in delivery it will turn soggy and ruin the foods taste and that's not good. Visit. Peeps Casa Sanchez is a local and clean dive type of restaurant with a big parking lot nice staff great service affordable prices nice portions a clean restaurant with inside or outside dining and a huge menu of some of the best Mexican food you can eat in Long Beach California what more do you want. Best albondigas and caldo de res for the price!!! they have other yummy stuff too. looks like a hole in the wall, but you will not be disappointed.

Stopped by for some tacos and it was so good! The service was fast. There was seating inside and outside too! The prices were pretty good compared to other places. I got carne asada and al pastor with everything on it plus it came with free tortilla chips! The pickled veggies and jalapeno were really good too!

Casa Sanchez is legendary. All the kiddos born after 1999 have no idea how legendary. I'm not sure how top secret the information I know is, but I'll disclose ONE thing: there are 3 casa Sanchez's (1, #2, #3), all in Long Beach, and they are not a chain. Don't ask the owners about it either because it'll piss all 3 of them off. Trust me. Anyway, the owner Don Lencho is awesome. If you ever get the chance to meet him he's the Mexican man that runs in sometimes dropping off supplies, wearing a green apron with a very unique deep toned voice. Not only does he have exceptional customer service he is very personable and reaches levels of charisma unknown in these parts of California. (The other 2 casa Sanchez owners NOT SO MUCH.) Something else I've gotta throw in about him is that he's so community centered and caring, he does a lot behind the scenes for Long Beach. One of the things he does a lot of is that he supports small businesses. He will always choose small, POC owned over a big chain/corporate America. I heard this from others and got to experience it myself when I took over a bodega in my early twenties. He would come purchase loads and loads, I'm talking close to a hundred pounds of fresh meat from my little meat department. (In case you didn't know, smaller grocery stores charge way more for produce and meat.) He truly had no reason for doing this, when the thing everyone would do is buy meat in bulk where you can find it cheapest to produce more profit. Don Lencho is not like everyone else; He preferred to bring business to the community, truly an inspiring Long Beach figure. Enough about the owner, his business has been booming for decades and for good reason! The food is yummy and I see a lot of different opinions. Several local Mexicans say this is truly authentic Mexican food. Then there's the hipsters and Gen Zers stating it isn't good. That's ok they can go to Taco Bell, the rest of us will venture here when craving a delicious and HUGE wet burrito. This is what CS is known for probably --The burrito is the size of the box I kid you not. There's other classics casa Sanchez is known for like their pizza box quesadilla! So creative and the price has been affordable for decades. Other classics like Mexican caldos (soups) and "antojitos" like tamales and chimichangas. The menu is overwhelming due to the amount of options but it is pretty incredible that there is such an amount of meat options for their tacos and burritos! Speaking of meat options, this is my family's favorite spot for lent because they offer a lent menu with great seafood and non-meat dishes that are really authentic. There's just so much that casa Sanchez offers and you've got to stop by yourself to see how good it all is. There's plenty of parking space and the wait times are never ridiculous!

love the food the ppl are very friendly always smile their parking lot is spotless, very clean, nice and swept the windows the walls. The doors are very clean. I like eating in a clean environment, someone is doing a great job of maintaining the parking lot spectacular thank you

We were looking for some authentic Mexican food traveled out here from the Bay Area. We got Huevos Rancheros, Chilaquiles & a breakfast burrito for our child. The service was great and the man behind the counter was patient and friendly answered questions regarding items we weren't familiar with. The food was DELICIOUS. Did not disappoint. My husband loved his Huevos Ranchos & my child who barely likes anything loved her breakfast burrito was raving about it. They even customed her burrito to her liking. I could not stop eating my Chilaquiles-the best I've ever had. I was so full that I could throw up! Lol but it was so good that I walked out and forgot my purse! ‍ Here's even more reason why you should eat and support them. I realized maybe 30 minutes later that I did not have my purse and called them. The man picked up and told me yeah yeah it's here for you. I believe that there are still good honest people in this world & I was so happy and grateful. I will always come back to eat here and will recommend to friends and fam.

Been here 10+ times and its always on point. My partner is mexican and he swears by the chilaquiles and nachos. I love the quesa birria! The owner is super nice too and hes hard working.
